Sobre esta obra
Childhood is one of ever returning subjects in my studio. It becomes a universal symbol of ephemeral and magical state. Everybody was a child once, this is what we all share. I paint children to raise an awareness of vulnerability and fragility of their lives all over the world. The girl on the painting is playing unaware that she is overlooked. Her muddy soft toy becomes her attribute as her innocent, happy moment is recorded.
